Mr. Ty is dedicated to providing our clients with the most fair, accurate and zealous representation.  Mr. Ty has over 11 years experience as a licensed attorney, but has worked in the legal field since 1996, as a law clerk, legal assistant, and finally, as an attorney.   Mr. Ty makes sure to uphold the professionalism and ethics of the legal profession by giving our clients representation based on a realistic and accurate application of the law to the specific facts of each legal matter, not simply telling their clients what the client wants to hear.  Often times we turn prospective clients away who are ready to retain, simply because of the straightforward fact that pursuing the matter would not likely bring the results the prospective client seeks.          

Mr. Ty have represented clients in Maryland District and Circuit Courts, the Court of Special Appeals and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.  The firm has represented career airline pilots, doctors, other lawyers, military members, teachers, nurses, economists, and other professionals.   Mr. Ty attended high school, college, and law school in Maryland.  He supported himself while going through school by working and joining the U.S. Army Reserve as a medic.  

Although the firm's caseload has always consisted of over 50% of cases in the area of family law, Mr. Ty also has extensive experience in Bankruptcy Chapter 7, and in other areas of civil law.  In addition to having years of experience in divorce, custody, adoptions, guardianships and child support cases, he has also represented numerous clients in bankruptcy, contract matters, landlord-tenant matters, traffic matters, cases against health insurance companies and in various other areas of civil litigation.  As such, please make sure to call us to ascertain if we can help you with your legal problem.
